Neutrino does not install on Joomla 3.3

0
I have upgraded a joomla site to 3.3.6. I have been using paid version of neutrino template. After upgrade I have attempted to install latest paid neutrino version. I went to my original order confirmation email and followed link and downloaded Neutrino-Pro.j3.1-v1.4. When I attempt to install this however I receive an error saying:

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file

Is it only compatible with 3.1, and not 3.3?

Thanks!
Chris

    Hi Chris,

    If you're using the template installer package, you should not be getting a "Cannot find XML setup file". This error means you may be installing something else. Can you confirm that the template file you're installing is indeed Neutrino-Pro.j3.1-v1.4.zip?

    If you're still experiencing issues with the installation - please send me a mail at info @ themerepublic.com with your site details and I'd be happy to look into it for you.

    Zahir Thank you for the quick response. I am using the file that you mentioned. If I extract the zip on my computer and look at the xml file, it looks like this:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!DOCTYPE install SYSTEM "http://www.joomla.org/xml/dtd/1.6/template-install.dtd" PUBLIC "-//Joomla! 1.6//DTD template 1.0//EN">
    -<extension method="upgrade" client="site" type="template" version="2.5">
    <name>TR_Neutrino_Pro</name>
    <version>v1.4</version>
    <creationDate>24 May 2012</creationDate>
    <author>Zahir Mirza</author>

    Is this the right file? Should the version listed in the xml be 3.x?
