Hi naturalp,
I'm sorry to hear about your website! There is no updated version of the template as there is nothing to fix on the template at the moment.
You mentioned that the template is the only thing that has destroyed - can you provide more details?
Most times the template is the only thing that we notice since its the only public facing element of the site, however the hack may been done anywhere on the server or joomla or on a vulnerable extension prior to the template being defaced - so you would need to establish what caused the problem and how they got access to the template files. One cannot simply write to the template files directly.
I'm willing to assist you in solving this, so feel free to email me more details on info at themerepublic.com -
Hi naturalp,
Yes, thats a good way to start off - delete anything that you can do without. Also, here is a checklist of items you can go through (its quite technical):
http://docs.joomla.org/Security_Checklist_7
Here is another (more simpler) checklist you could follow to secure and try to get your website back up and running: http://jure-stern.si/blog/joomla-website-hacked-what-to-do
Finally, there is also a nice service available at http://myjoomla.com that gives you one free website security audit that you could try out after you've "cleaned up" your site by following the security checklist above.
Hope that helps!

Hi naturalp,
Note: If all your sites are hosted on the same (shared) server, there could be a vulnerability on the server / tech stack that gives the attacker easy access to all your sites. I dont know if this is the case on your environment, but it happens quite often as well.
Wish you all the best with your sites though!
