Warning message installing paid version of Neutrino-Pro.j3.1-v1.4.zip

Hi,
I am getting the following warning message installing the above neutrino template on a new Joomla! 3.4.8 and the site has only the title displayed.
I have tried re-installing many times. Can you help please.

JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /var/www/html/tmp/install_56d6f10cb9dbc/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_tr_neutrino.ini
